Do we realize that  Adverse Drug Reactions cause  some 212,000 deaths and 4.4  million hospitalization each year in the United States? While
this is so, one must also realize that drugs are necessary in the treatment of pain, and some diseases which have progressed beyond the body's
ability to control..

Why is you body your best drug store?
Because a healthy body manufactures all the chemicals that it needs to regulate energy creation, control pain, blood pressure, cholesterol and heart

So why does it fail us some time?
Accidents, Genetics, Insecure movements.
Also abuse .. .cigarettes, excess alcohol, drugs of abuse, over-dosing with regular drugs, excessive calories.
Also stress, lack of exercise,  sleep and others.

PREVENTION to provide the body with the means to maintain/repair  its healthy
state by proper diet and avoiding 'poison' junk food that we eat every day.

LIST OF SOME OLD AND TRIED PRINCIPLES FOR AVOIDING DISEASE
Seek medical treatment early  when symptoms appear.

Do not take substances  such as cigarettes,  excess alcohol, etc. that harm your body.

Do not get fat. If fat, reduce weight.

Reduce saturated fats: Fats in beef, pork, lamb, sausage, margarines and solid shortenings
and fats in dairy products.

Prefer good vegetable oils to solid fats and keep total fats to under 30% of your diet
calories.

Favor fresh vegetables, fruit and non fat dairy products.

Avoid heavy use of salt and refined sugars.

Good diets do not depend on drugs.

Get plenty of exercise and outdoor recreation.
