like eating 20 to 50 oz. of mature broccoli in anti cancer content ... or,  to put it differently,  taking just

Soy Bean Sprouts -   Eating as little as 25 grams of Soy beans, lowers cholesterol. Further, the genestein in soybeans
seems to help fight breast cancer and to relieve symptom  of menopause. Spouts are generally richer in these.

Pomegranates - Pomegranate has been medicinally used since the time of the Bible. It is extremely rich in phytonutrients
that help fight heart disease, cholesterol, diabetes, cancer and other chronic diseases.

Garlic And Onions - Champion health green. Garlic and Onion protect against high cholesterol, stroke, fungal and  
bacterial infections and possibly against various forms of  cancer.  Sprouts  of these plants provide chemicals  and do not
have the odor of these members of the lily family.

Berries - Blueberries, cranberries, bilberries, etc. are loaded with anti-oxidant

SUPPLEMENTS VS. NATURAL!

We do not know of any reputable scientist that recommends  extracts/supplements over the natural product as a means of
